Join us for a movement of guided and intuitive movements, drawing inspiration from the sun and its solar energies, both within the body and from nature. Join us as we help you shake off the sluggish, slow, stagnant energies from the night before, and revitalize yourself into a sense of feeling rooted and happy. This 45 minute morning movement session will draw upon somatic breathing and movement as we start the longest day of the year.
